Installation
Dieselec Generators offer the complete turn key package to eliminate
the need for multiple specialist contractors, in turn offering our
customers the peace of mind that there is only one point of contact. Delivery/Offloading
The generator and associated equipment will be delivered to site with
a self loading flat bed or should the site predict a mobile crane will
also be provided.
Trained operatives will then offload the equipment from the delivery
vehicles and final position as required. Mechanical Installation
For internal plant room installations the exhaust silencer system will
be erected and the tail pipe will be extended to atmosphere, then painted
with a high temperature paint. If ordered the air inlet/outlet sound
attenuators will be fixed into position and a flexible plenum will
be installed between the radiator and the outlet. Fixed blade air inlet
and outlet weather louvres will be fitted to the prepared openings.
The bulk tank will be positioned and the interconnecting fuel pipe
work to the generator will be installed tested and then painted. Commissioning
Factory trained technicians will attend site and carry out system commissioning
checks and client hand over. Resistive load banks can be provided at
this point if required. Acoustic and Ventilation Equipment
For external installations sound attenuated/weather proof close
fit canopies and walk-in ISO containers can be provided. For internal
installations we can supply and install loose attenuation and ventilation
sytems to reduce the noise emitted from the generator to the clients
specified requirements.
Fuel Storage
Bulk fuel storage tanks in compliance with the
latest environmental and British standards can be provided along with
the associated pipework,
fuel pump systems and tanker fill points. Fuel Delivery
Fuel can be delivered to site and transferred into the appropriate
tanks using either a mobile road tanker or a bunded bowser unit. Extended Exhaust Flue
We can arrange for double skinned/insulated, stainless steel exhaust
flues to extend the generator exhaust system to any practical location
to suit the layout. Switchgear
We have a standard range of wall mounting and free standing fully automatic
transfer panels, which can be installed to automatically start the
generator in the event of a utility failure.
