Our Service Department, consisting of a nationwide team of highly skilled FG Wilson trained generator engineers,  is responsible for all post-sales areas of our business. 

For example, with Stock Generators:

• preparing all our stock generators for sale
• validating and initiating the generator sets warranty
• modifying the specification to suit clients requirements
• transportation and mechanical installations on even the most challenging sites
• commissioning generators once installed

On project work, our Service Department can take on any given element of the project, or indeed the entire turn-key package (see Power Solutions for examples).

In line with our whole life cycle approach to the support and repair of your generating sets, we offer bespoke maintenance contracts to assist you in the management and maintenance of your power product.

We also provide load testing, as part of our service contracts and a fuel management service to support any generator installation.
